Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Items returned without prior approval
